Eurotrama is a Leonardo da Vinci funded project, started in January 2000 and finished in May 2002.
The continuation of the project is foreseen in the framework of the Leonardo Call for Proposals 2002
Aims:
To facilitate intercultural relations and to improve the intercultural communication skills of Trade Unionists and Managers in a multicultural environment
Objectives:
To design a training model for the development of intercultural communication skills and organisational behaviours for Trade Unionists and managers, in order to:
- facilitate the integration of multicultural human resources
- minimise potential cultural conflicts
- develop effective intercultural communication and negotiation skills

Training model consisting of:
- map of national cultural differences
- information sheets for Italy, Finland and Hungary
- needs analysis questionnaire
- design of training modules
